TERMS OF PURCHASE
These purchase and delivery terms apply to purchases and orders made by consumers on the gulbla.com website. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Gul & Blå AB, 55675-5464 ("Gul & Blå AB"), Hustegavägen 1, 181 90 Lidingö (hereinafter "Gul & Blå AB" or "we").

When purchasing from the website, you agree to the following conditions. We therefore ask you to read the terms carefully.

ORDERING
To shop with us, you must be 18 years or older.

Orders placed in someone else's name without their consent will be reported.

We reserve the right to correct prices on all orders including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, Gul & Blå can cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid. This can be done at any time.

ORDER RECOGNITION / ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation is sent immediately after completion of the purchase to the specified e-mail address. It is important that you enter a correct email address to receive information about any delays and other important events related to your order.

The order confirmation text contains your order number, which you use when contacting us so that we can identify your order.

SHIPPING
Free shipping is applied when ordering over a certain amount and depends on the delivery address, Free Shipping applies to orders delivered within Sweden. In cases where a cost for shipping is added to your order, it will be displayed in connection with the order.

 

DELIVERY
Stocked products ordered before 12:00 are normally sent the same day. Delivery time is 2-3 working days within Sweden, for information about delivery time to other countries please contact customerservice@gulbla.com. You will receive an SMS, e-mail or a notification in the mail that your package can be picked up at your delivery point.


GOODS NOT IN STOCK
Normally, the goods that can be ordered on the website are in stock.

Should an incorrect stock balance occur which means that your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we will contact you as soon as possible and you then have the right to make a cancellation and be refunded.

If an item is no longer sold, Gul & Blå has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund.


PAYMENT
You can choose to pay by bank, credit card, Klarna and Paypal.


PRICES
All prices on the website include VAT, in accordance with applicable law. If an order is delivered to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will not be added to the price.

Please note that if an order is sent to a country outside the EU, any import duties and taxes may apply, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Gul & Blå has no control over these fees nor the ability to predict the size of them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We hope that you are satisfied with the purchase at Gul & Blå, but of course we offer a full right of withdrawal within 14 days. This only applies to unused products and which are in the same condition as when the goods were received.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, put the unused garment back in the same packaging as it came in. Seal the bag carefully and paste on the return slip over the address label and send it back.

If you regret your purchase, the refund will be made without undue delay. However, we have to wait with the refund until we receive the product back from you. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used at the time of purchase.

You must return the product to us at the address below without undue delay and at least no later than 10 days after the day when you notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase / withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period must be considered to have been observed if you return the product before this period has expired.

Be sure to pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they arrive at our warehouse.

If the item is damaged or used when it arrives to us, we will deduct the refund.

The return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal is paid for by you.

We recommend that the product is sent as a traceable package as you as the customer are responsible for the product until it is received by Gul & Blå.

COMPLAINTS
If we have delivered a product that is incorrectly shipped or defective, please contact us as soon as possible to help you solve the problem. Send an email to customerservice@gulbla.com and describe the error.

If we can not solve the problem, you must inform us with your complaint about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us and in accordance with what is stated below. The right of complaint covers products that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you wish to report a defect in the ordered product, Gul & Blå must be contacted as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. Use the contact information listed above. Complaints made within two months of the error being discovered are always considered to have been submitted on time.

Gul & Blå is of course responsible for return shipping for approved complaints, but this only applies when the return shipping note we provide is used.

Defective goods must also be handled carefully and packaged as if they were new.

When the complained product is returned and the complaint is approved, Gul & Blå will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Gul & Blå strives for this to happen within 30 days of receiving the complaint. Gul & Blå reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

In the event of complaints, Gul & Blå follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries, ARN, Consumer Europe and the ODR platform. You can also find more information at the Swedish Consumer Agency.



UNRELEASED DELIVERIES
The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Gul & Blå charges SEK 450 per piece for unredeemed packages to cover our costs. Unredeemed packages do not include the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.

If you regret when the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and then make a return notification and then return your order. If the package is not picked up, it is automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly.

COPYRIGHT
All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, sound clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to Gul & Blå or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.



WRONG
We reserve the right to make any errors in the information on the site and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Gul & Blå reserves the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our page / advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.


INVALIDITY OF PROVISION
If a court or other competent body deems that a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect, invalidate or make it impossible to enforce other provisions of the terms. The application of the provision shall be enforced to the extent that the law allows as close as possible the spirit of these conditions.



FORCE MAJEURE
Delay due to circumstances beyond Gul & Blås control and which Gul & Blå could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account, such as general labor dispute, lightning strike, fire, war, terrorist attack, amended government regulation or other public regulation, operator network failure, general shortage of transport , goods, communication or energy or other similar circumstances as well as delays or errors in services from subcontractors / consultants due to circumstances stated here, Gul & Blå is not responsible for. Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption for Gul & Blå which entail the advance of time for performance and exemption from liability for damages or other sanctions. If Gul & Blå is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances stated above, Gul & Blå shall inform the customer of this and state the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure. Yellow & Blue must also inform the customer when the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure cease. If the circumstance lasts for more than two (2) months, both the customer and Gul & Blå have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
In the first instance, disputes must be resolved by agreement between the customer and Gul & Blå. In order to give the consumer freedom of choice to resolve a possible dispute outside a traditional court, Gul & Blå always follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall take place in accordance with Swedish law and shall, if the customer and Gul & Blå cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, be decided by the General Complaints Board or ultimately by a general court.



CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF PURCHASE
Gul & Blå reserves the right to make changes to these terms on an ongoing basis. Changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website.

For each purchase, the terms that were published at the time of purchase apply.
